NOTICES
• Product availability, appearance, and additional functions are subject to change.
• Products are constantly being revised and updated as their lifespan progresses.
• New iterations of products may include changes to controls or functionality, but all prior features will remain available in newer iterations unless otherwise stated.
• Prior demo videos of products may not be indicative of how said product currently controls (for example: a control parameter may give you a broader sweep over a given function than a previous version had).
• Products are stocked as best they can be - feel free to reach out about product availability!
SHIPPING
• All orders are shipped via USPS Flat Rate in a Flat Rate Padded Mailer - up to two [2] products per Flat Rate Padded Mailer.
• Orders of more than two [2] products will be shipped in two [2] or more Flat Rate Padded Mailers (there is no additional shipping fee for this).
• Shipping times are best estimates based on current trends and parcel traffic.
• Although orders are shipped expeditiously (usually beating estimates), once an order has been marked as shipped and a tracking number has been assigned it is in the hands of the postal service delivering that order. I assume no responsibility or liability over how long it may take, or what may happen with regard to holds, customs, fees, etc.
WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY
• All sales are final.
• All products carry a lifetime warranty for the original purchaser only.
• Mistreating, tampering with, or modifying a product will void this warranty (exclusions include internal dip/toggle switches, footswitch replacement, or other user-adjustable parameters defined within the product literature).
• If a product is not able to be repaired due to availability of components, new iterations (if a prior iteration has been discontinued), etc. a replacement may be offered.
• Any secondhand products in need of repair are subject to shipping fees and bench fees.
• All products require a 9V DC center negative power supply (ideally isolated). Daisy chaining is not recommended, and may impede functionality. Use of any power supply voltage other than 9V DC center negative is not advised and will void the warranty. Please refer to individual product literature for their power requirements (current draw, etc.)
